Job Summary:

  1. log Customer System Issue in the System
  2. Follow up on the issues & have a close-up on it
  3. Perform analysis on the issues.
  4. Provides reports and daily updates to customer.
  5. Actively support the Customer Requirements and projects.
  6. Collects data and performs statistical analysis, as required.
  7. Works with the team to update the processes, create SOP, Work Instructions and get the required approvals.
  8. Independently identify process gaps, make recommendations, and implement process improvement.
  9. Confer with the Engineering and Operations Managers to implement efficient and competitive solutions
  10. Provide proposal and presentation support for Continuous Improvements and possible new projects.
  11. Understanding in Warehousing system & able to lead small Project Teams.
