Job Summary:

- Follow up on the issues & have a close-up on it
- Perform analysis on the issues.
- Provides reports and daily updates to customer.
- Actively support the Customer Requirements and projects.
- Collects data and performs statistical analysis, as required.
- Works with the team to update the processes, create SOP, Work Instructions and get the required approvals.
- Independently identify process gaps, make recommendations, and implement process improvement.
- Confer with the Engineering and Operations Managers to implement efficient and competitive solutions
- Provide proposal and presentation support for Continuous Improvements and possible new projects.
- Understanding in Warehousing system & able to lead small Project Teams.
