FINANCE & HR SUPERVISOR

Finance Portion:                                        
1.Financial reporting: All corporate and local, including but not limited to financial reporting, tax reporting, year-end auditing report.                       
2.Financial planning: Budget and forecasts, and monthly variance analysis/ KPI analysis/ Yearly report                             
3.AR credit control, risk management and internal control: Build up and monitor internal control compliance. Ensure effective internal control such as contract/NDA management, pricing policy, credit control, and inventory mgt.         
4.Tax: Quality of tax planning, filing and compliance.                                   
5.Cash management and FX risk management and Loss management.                                
6.Support management and sales team: provide quality analysis and reports for biz decision making and operation monitoring.                       
7.Directly engage with Tax Bureau/ Government/CPA/Bank/Landlord and other institute whatever needed                          
8.Improve financial ERP/ Reporting systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable Group_Corp_Country Financial Accounting Standards & Requirements.                  
9. Familiar with ERP and good skill in excel and deck presentation                                
10. Able to work as individual but also a team player                                  
                                           
HR Portion:                                          
• Organize on-boarding/off-boarding activities                                     
• Support payroll related activities including payroll / Bonus.                                   
• Work in close collaborations with the local Manager on items involving performance management, culture, engagement, recruitment, leaves, training                    
• Assist in developing local HR policies, practices or guidelines and comply with Corp HR policy and requirement                          
• Assist with the handling of leave requests, recruitment activities as-needed, coordination of training.                            
• Handle local administrative and data compliance requirements also other duties as assigned based on business needs.                         
• Be responsible for HR SAP system as administrator                                  
• Co- work with team on ESG requirements
